Abbeywood, S Burnett: P-plater seriously injured in car rollover

The AGL Action Rescue Helicopter has airlifted a 17 year old boy to the Royal Brisbane Hospital suffering serious head injuries.

The P-plater rolled his car on a dirt road off the Gayndah-Hivesville road near Abbeywood yesterday afternoon (Tuesday). 

The Miriam Vale teen had been on his way home from work.

He had to be cut from the upturned vehicle and was stabilised by the helicopter's Flight Doctor and Flight Paramedic before being airlifted to the Royal Brisbane Hospital

He was in a serious condition with multiple trauma injuries.
