Posted on 28-Nov-2011

A 75 year old man has been airlifted to hospital after his car and caravan rolled over at the crest of a hill in Gladstone Regional Shire.  The AGL Action Rescue helicopter crew from the Bundaberg base attended the scene, just south of Lowmead on Saturday morning.  The man from Culburra was treated at the scene by Flight Paramedic Dan Statham.  He had sustained multiple cuts and was experiencing some chest and neck pain.  The man was taken to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable conditon.
