Trends in Flying Hours

A trebling of demand for hospital transfers has led to a 60% increase in our flying hours over the past five years. As the population of the region increases we anticipate continued high demand for urgent transport to specialist care facilities in our metropolitan hospitals.
One result of the trend has been the decision by the State Government to introduce critical care doctors to our teams on a 24/7 roster. The initiative further assures the community of the best possible care in an emergency.
