Refund Policy

We don't normally issue refunds for donations received.   In the event that you have made a donation in error or selected a different amount from that you wished to donate and it has been processed, we will place a refund onto your card.  In that instance you are asked to contact us at wecare@actionrescue.com.au  stating the invoice number you were given on your confirmation email and any other details which will help us investigate your query.  You can call also call us on 07 5458 8700 during normal office hours.
